Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. This role is essential in providing exceptional hospitality service and creating a positive experience for our guests. Prior experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. The position offers full-time hours with competitive pay, emphasizing professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Duties

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and replenishing supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces
- Ensure all cleaning tasks adhere to health and safety standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens as needed
- Follow established procedures for industrial cleaning when required




- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when interacting with guests and staff

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work; hotel experience is a plus
- Solid knowledge of hospitality standards and cleanliness protocols
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple rooms or areas effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining teamwork when needed
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service

Pay: $16.95-$17.20 per hour
