Skilled Laborer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in various general labor/construction tasks and a passion for new construction and restoring structures. As a skilled laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of our construction projects.

Responsibilities

- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
- General site labor and clean up.
- Collaborate with Foreman/Site Supervisor and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.

Experience/ Qualifications

- Proven experience as a skilled laborer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Experience and qualifications in operating telehandlers, AWP and other equipment is an asset.
- Excellent understanding of Industry standard timelines and scheduling.




- Familiarity with maintenance related repairs and trouble shooting.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to lead and motivate others.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

*Must have a reliable vehicle*

*Basic tool kit required - company supplies larger and specialized tools*

*You will be eligible for the company health benefits plan after completion of a three-month probationary period*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
