Your Role

As our Team Lead Technician, you will:

- Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and other vehicle makes.

- Lead by example with high-quality workmanship and professionalism.

- Assist and mentor apprentice and junior technicians.

- Help maintain shop efficiency and workflow.

- Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM tools and procedures.





- Ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately, and on time.

- Work closely with the Service Manager and Advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

- Licensed Automotive Journeyman Technician (Red Seal preferred)

- Chrysler/FCA/Stellantis experience is considered a strong asset

- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

- Leadership experience or the desire to lead a team

- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality
