This entry-level role is for someone who loves data, is highly detail‑oriented, and wants to grow into Operations Admin, HR, or Health & Safety. You’ll work with digital tools every day, track similar sets of information each week, and help the team see where records are incomplete or off‑policy.
What you’ll do
- Pull, review, and organize recurring business and compliance data
- Spot gaps, trends, and possible non‑compliance
- Maintain simple trackers and reports for internal teams
- Support job costing by checking that documentation is complete and on time
- Answer the main phone line, do basic data entry, run occasional errands, and keep records organized

- Comfort with cloud-based tools and learning new digital platforms
- Advanced Excel skills or ambition to become an Excel specialist

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
