We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during their shift, providing exceptional customer service, and leading the team to achieve high standards of performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to maintaining food safety and quality.

Duties

- Supervise daily operations of the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist in training new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment.
- Operate the POS system for transactions and assist with cash handling duties.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and enhance guest experiences.
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires and participate in staff evaluations.

Skills

- Food Handler Certificate: Must obtain a valid certificate under your real name within a week of being hired.




- Strong background in kitchen operations and food safety practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall service experience.
- Proven supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards within the food industry is essential.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate teamwork and collaboration.
