We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team and help keep our facilities in top condition. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rooms and common areas.
- Perform preventive maintenance on rooms and common areas.
- Inspect rooms and equipment for safety and functionality.
- Repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
- Perform basic maintenance, such as repairing doors, windows, walls, and floors.




- Replace light bulbs and other fixtures.
