Job requirements:
We are seeking a high‑impact Sales Consultant to drive growth, build strategic relationships, and expand our market presence across Western Canada. This role is designed for a consultative sales skilled who operates with autonomy, thinks strategically, and consistently delivers results.
This role is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for someone who understands how to build influence, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and close at a high level while serving as a trusted partner to customers, with a primary focus on Hemostasis and Autoimmunity.
Key Accountabilities:
· Achieve annual sales objectives as established by management
· Analyze existing and anticipated customer requirements and promote the consideration and purchase of company products and services
· Initiate and develop relationships with both existing and prospective customers, with a strong focus on identifying new sales opportunities
· Prepare and deliver effective sales and product presentations aligned to customer needs
· Maintain all aspects of the company’s Customer Database and Property Accountability documentation
· Achieve and sustain a high level of competency in the knowledge, positioning, and application of company’s products and services, while striving for comparable awareness of competitive systems
· Prepare accurate and compliant quotations in accordance with company policies and procedures
· Develop accurate sales forecasts and prepare required sales reports
· Prepare and execute an annual territory business plan aligned with corporate and regional priorities
· Ensure compliance with all applicable ISO‑mandated policies, procedures, work instructions, and other responsibilities as assigned by Sales Management

Education & Experience:
· Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) certification or a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in a life‑science–related field
· Hands‑on clinical or diagnostic laboratory experience is strongly preferred
· Prior experience working in a hospital, reference lab, or regulated laboratory environment is highly desirable
· Experience interacting with laboratory managers, pathologists, or technical staff is an asset

· Location: Vancouver, British Columbia (preferred)
· Territory: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba
· Work Model: Field‑Based
Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
