We're looking for someone who has impressive customer service experience working in a spa, medical or retail environment.

Responsibilities:

-Your main role is to ensure our Centre operates efficiency and effectively; and that all our customers leave with Peace of Mind.

-Greet customers in a friendly manner

-Answer phone calls / email inquires and respond with information

-Schedule appointments for clients and staff

-Administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

-Proficent with MS Word and Excel

-Effective communications skills both written and verbal, self starter. organized, time management

-Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure while ensuring consistent and excellent client care
