Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher to support field operations on a daily basis by coordinating personnel, equipment, and supplies. This position reports to the Operations Superintendent and plays a key role in ensuring efficient job site support and communication between field and office staff.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Safety Coordinator to ensure all employees meet safety compliance requirements before being dispatched to site.
- Work with supervisors to ensure employees are scheduled appropriately.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding of field personnel.
- Order supplies and rental equipment for job sites. Track and manage equipment.
- Pick up parts and supplies and deliver them to job sites when required.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure proper coding.
- Arrange dumpsters and porta-potty swaps as needed.
- Administer Asset Tiger and ensure all company assets are accurately tracked and up to date.
- Schedule appointments for equipment services, decaling, radios, and other maintenance needs.
- Coordinate yearly inspections and work with the Administrative Assistant to ensure all assets are properly insured.




- Sign out and track company vehicles.
- Track equipment hours.
- Assist the Operations Superintendent with daily operational tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Abilities & Skills

- Demonstrates self-direction, motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adjust priorities according to changing demands.
- Manage multiple demands and frequent interruptions in a fast paced environment.
- Effective verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with staff and the public. .
- Possesses good writing skills including grammar and punctuation.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of company and client information.

Experience

- Minimum 3-5 years in a dispatch or similar coordination role.
- Experience supporting field operations or construction/industrial environments is an asset.

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
