Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in food service and familiarity with POS systems are highly valued.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering functions and cash handling procedures
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods




- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic cashiering and order management
- Experience with food industry standards, serving, and hospitality best practices is desirable
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
