We are seeking a dedicated and organized Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Support the cooking team by organizing ingredients and supplies needed for meal service
- Ensure proper storage of perishable items and monitor inventory levels
- Help with dishwashing and waste disposal to keep the kitchen organized and hygienic
- Follow all safety protocols and sanitation procedures during daily operations




- Assist with setting up dining areas or catering events as needed

Skills

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Solid organizational skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks throughout shifts
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service setting is a plus; training will be provided
