The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to take ownership of our HR functions and help build the people practices that support our continued growth.

In this role, you'll be the go-to HR resource for employees and leaders while owning:

- Payroll & benefits administration
- Recruitment, onboarding & offboarding
- Championing company culture & employee engagement
- Employee relations & leadership support
- HR metrics, compliance & process improvement

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution.

What You'll Bring

- 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Previous payroll and benefits administration experience
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability

CPHR designation, or progress toward obtaining one, is considered an asset.
