Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, familiarity with medical terminology, and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.

Duties

- Greet patients and visitors warmly as they arrive at the office.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits using electronic medical records systems.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information regarding services offered.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.




- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and communication.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems (ACCURO) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and administrative procedures related to healthcare settings.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
