Oversee kitchen operations, including supervise, train and schedule other cooks, maintain inventory, records of food and supplies. Must be adaptable, adaptable and comfortable working under pressure, comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, having a verified record of punctuality/attendance and time management.
