What will you do:

- Assist customers with selecting products such as:

Garden mix

Mulch

Topsoil

Plants, trees, and shrubs

Landscape supplies and materials

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions, pricing, and product availability

Input customer orders accurately for deliveries and pickups

Help organize and maintain displays throughout the garden centre

Load soils, mulch, plants, and other materials for customers as needed

Operate equipment safely and assist with general yard maintenance and cleanliness

Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service in person and over the phone

Work both independently and with a team to keep operations running smoothly during busy seasonal periods

Tools / Technologies:





- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Friendly and professional customer service skills

Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lift and move garden centre products when required

Basic computer and phone skills for entering customer orders

Experience in retail, landscaping, gardening, or customer service is an asset but not required

Valid G2 or G license is considered an asset
