Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and certified Spray Foam Sprayer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation efficiently and accurately on various projects, ensuring high-quality results. This role requires a strong understanding of spray foam techniques, safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively within a construction setting. Duties

- Prepare surfaces and ensure proper surface cleaning prior to spray application
- Operate spray foam equipment safely and efficiently according to manufacturer guidelines
- Apply spray foam insulation accurately across designated areas, adhering to project specifications and blueprints
- Use hand tools and caulking materials as needed for surface preparation and finishing touches
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical instructions to ensure correct application
- Maintain a clean work setting by cleaning equipment and disposing of waste materials properly
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards




- Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications

- Certification as a Spray Foam Sprayer or relevant industry experience in spray foam insulation application
- Construction experience preferred, with knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools and caulking techniques for surface preparation and finishing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment
- Physical capability to stand, kneel, lift, and maneuver equipment throughout the workday
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to spray foam application and construction sites

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
