Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Meat Shop)

Location: Brampton, ON

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our meat shop. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and be comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with meat selections and product inquiries.
- Weigh, label, and package products as needed.
- Process orders and operate the POS/cash register.
- Keep display counters clean, stocked, and organized.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with general store duties and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements:

- Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic cash handling and POS experience is preferred.
- Must be reliable and available to work evenings and weekends.
- Punjabi, Hindi, or Urdu language skills are an asset.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience.

Pay: $17.20-$19.50 per hour
