Key Responsibilities:

- Vehicle Recovery & Transport: Operate tow trucks to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Roadside Assistance: Assist customers with emergency services, including jump-starts, tire changes, and lockouts.
- Flexible Scheduling: Maintain availability to work adaptable shifts/call-out work, including midnights and weekends, to support our operations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of tow truck equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, including documentation of vehicle conditions and services provided.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and law enforcement agencies as needed.
- Troubleshooting: Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle operability.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during operations to ensure safety for yourself and the public.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Licensing: Valid Class 5 driver’s license suitable for safely operating tow trucks. Air Brake endorsement and medium duty towing experience considered a strong asset.
- Experience: 1 Year minimum towing experience.
- Commercial Driving Experience: Proven experience navigating commercial vehicles with a strong understanding of the towing industry.
- Mechanical Knowledge: The aptitude to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues and operate complex towing equipment effectively.
- Customer Service: The ability to handle customer interactions professionally, courteously, and calmly in high-stress situations.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills for coordinating seamlessly with dispatchers and assisting customers confidently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.25-$24.00 per hour
