Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaning to join our team. We are based out of St Albert, AB. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that residential spaces are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other living spaces
- Wipe down surfaces, mirrors, appliances, and fixture
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Take out garbage and recycling
- Wash dishes or load/unload dishwasher (if included in service)
- Follow customized checklists or instructions for each home
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns
- Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.) if provided
- Ensure client confidentiality and treat homes with care and respect
- Maintain a high level of customer service by being courteous, respectful, and responsive to client feedback.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Experience

- Previous experience in residential cleaning. preferred minimal of 2 years experience.

- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Must like Cats & Dogs.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.

- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if traveling to multiple homes)
- Physically fit – able to bend, kneel, lift, and stand for long periods
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to follow directions and use cleaning products safely
