Position Overview
As an Office Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. Your role will involve managing day-to-day activities, coordinating administrative tasks, and fostering a positive office setting. You will serve as the primary point of contact for office-related queries and work closely with various team members to support their needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
General Requirements
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in all administrative responsibilities.
- Foster an inviting, professional, and collaborative office environment while providing exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive employee and company information.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve administrative processes, enhancing office efficiency and supporting a collaborative work environment.
Onsite Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels while managing purchasing within budget guidelines.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including filing and organizing office documentation, to support efficient daily operations.
- Ensure the office remains compliant with health and safety regulations by maintaining documentation and updating procedures as required.
- Manage internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged with company updates, initiatives, and events.
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting team during payroll processing by managing employee timesheets, verifying accuracy, and ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and on time.
- Track employee expense reports, ensuring timely approvals and compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate employee performance review schedules and ensure the timely completion of annual and three-month evaluations to support employee growth and development.
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee events that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture while encouraging team engagement and morale.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
