About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting patients with a friendly, professional attitude

- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records efficiently

- Conducting pre-testing and assisting optometrists with examinations

- Educating patients on eyewear options and lens technologies





- Handling insurance billing and processing payments

- Maintaining a clean and organized clinical space

- A friendly and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Prior experience in optometry or healthcare is an asset but not required – we provide training!
