Your Role:

As a Service Advisor / Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the business—working with customers to find the right products that meet their expectations and vehicle needs. Whether it's handling internet leads, walk-in customers, or phone inquiries, your role is all about delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with product inquiries and provide tailored recommendations.
- Guide customers through the sales process, both in-person and online.
- Demonstrate knowledge of wheels, tires, lift kits, and accessories.
- Use effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely job completion.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues with care and efficiency.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Help maintain an organized and clean showroom.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.




- Collaborate with the team to meet or exceed sales goals.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or retail is required.
- Experience as a Service Advisor or licensed technician/apprentice is a strong asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working weekends and peak retail hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
