What You’ll Be Doing

- Assisting lawyers with all aspects of commercial litigation files.
- Drafting and managing legal documents, pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence.
- Preparing motion records, trial briefs, and court filings.
- Managing document production, undertakings, and discovery processes.
- Communicating with clients, experts, and court staff with professionalism and tact.




- Organizing and maintaining files to ensure deadlines are met with accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

- A graduate of a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program (ILCO certified).
- 3+ years of experience as a Law Clerk in commercial litigation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
