As a Kitchen Helper, you’ll support the kitchen staff by assisting with basic food prep, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Assist cooks with basic food preparation tasks
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and other ingredients
- Help prepare and cook food using the deep fryer (e.g., spring rolls, wings, tempura)
- Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and organized
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware
- Help with unloading and storing deliveries
- Remove garbage and clean floors
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the kitchen team
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience required (training provided)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Available to work evenings and weekends
