Job Description

The housekeeping team is responsible for servicing not just a variety of room types but also navigating a spread-out, multi-terrain layout accessible by trails, stairs, and boardwalks. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Our property features a variety of accommodation types, including lodge rooms, private cabins, and luxury tent houses, offering a unique and dynamic work environment.

The Housekeeper’s key responsibilities will include:

- Clean and service guest accommodations
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities




- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and living spaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces
- Restock housekeeping carts and storage areas
- Wash & fold linens and maintain organization / efficiency of the laundry room
- Clean / maintain public areas & amenities
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
- Work efficiently while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members across departments to meet daily room and cleanliness targets

Skills and Qualifications

- Solid attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and consistency
- Ability to perform very physical work (standing for long periods, walking, lifting, bending, repetitive tasks)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset (training provided)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
