Summary

'We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Canada. Based at our headquarters, this role plays a vital part in supporting our human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations aligned with our company’s mission of excellence and professionalism.'

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities such as preparing new hire packages and collecting required documents.
- Maintain employee files and update HR records with accuracy.
- Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee events.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate HR team member.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration tasks as needed.




- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and preparing HR documents.

Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
- 0–1 year of HR experience (internships, co‑ops, or volunteer experience welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is an asset.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
