The property boasts a large grandstand and a busy event Centre open year-round. The site was recently granted a casino license, and expansion is underway. The Funky Monkey Kitchen + Bar, the restaurant's year-round restaurant, features a fun, interactive space to learn and grow.

Inside you will find a restaurant plus the casino and streaming International horse races!

Job description

Join our positive and growing team in the kitchen preparing food for the restaurant patrons as well as for frequent events. Fast-paced environment with room for quick advancement.





Duties- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards- Assist with food preparation and assembly- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen- Assist with special events as needed

Qualifications- Previous experience in food service or kitchen environment preferred- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks- Solid attention to detail and ability to follow instructions- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
