Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Etobicoke, ON
Pay Rate: $33.00/hour
Schedule: Part-Time to Full-Time Hours (20–40 hours per week)
Start Date: Immediate

Canadian Executive Search Group is currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for an industrial manufacturing facility in Etobicoke, Ontario. This position is responsible for overseeing all cleaning and sanitation operations within a heavy manufacturing environment while ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and housekeeping activities throughout the facility.
- Oversee scheduled deep-cleaning projects and maintain sanitation standards.
- Ensure work areas, production equipment, and common spaces remain clean and organized.
- Monitor housekeeping staff performance and maintain safety compliance.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support operational requirements.
- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with workplace safety and environmental standards.
- Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with site management.

Requirements:

- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or industrial cleaning supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.





Physical Requirements:

- Ability to climb ladders as required.
- Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must wear required personal protective equipment, including steel-toed footwear.

Schedule & Compensation:

- $33.00 per hour.
- Overtime paid after applicable hours at 1.5x.
- Initial training may be completed on day shift before moving to the regular schedule.
- Training completed prior to start will be compensated.

Dress Code:

- Steel-toed boots or shoes are required.
- Clothing must be free of holes, frays, or inappropriate graphics.
- Cotton or denim workwear is preferred.
- No shorts, jogging pants, or yoga pants permitted.
- Visible tattoos are acceptable provided they are not offensive.
