We are looking for passionate child development worker (Level 2 and Level 3)

Requirements:

- Fluent in English – both oral and written communication
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE in childcare
- First Aid and Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector.

Job Type: Full time and Part time available

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Create a positive and nurturing environment that meets the children’s social, emotional and physical development
- Ensure on-going supervision that ensures the children’s safety and well-being at all times.
- Maintain on-going developmental records on each child (Implementing Observation & Documentation.)
- Managing children’s individual file precisely
- Following our policy and procedure with professionalism
- Communicate effectively all relevant information regarding children, families, the program and health and safety to staff team and Director
- Supervising and encouraging staffs to provide quality of program

It will be depending on candidates’ level and experiences in the field (Additionally, you will get government wage top up)
