Second Cooks serve as support for the chef. They are also in charge of all baking and garde manger. Second Cooks are responsible for the detail in the dining room (stocking, organizing, ect.) also participating in our safety program daily. Must have experience baking in a professional setting. Restaurant or camp experience an asset. First aid, Food Protected and WHMIS required.
