Looking for a full-time, outdoor job with a friendly, eco-minded company? We’re hiring two reliable Grounds Maintenance Technicians to keep local commercial properties looking great!
Locations:
- Position 1: Duncan, BC
- Position 2: Saanich, BC
Pay & Perks:
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000/year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Day shift only — keep your weekends!)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Exterior shopping mall upkeep: leaf blowing, pressure washing, litter pickup, garbage bin care, and graffiti removal.
Serving as the friendly on-site point of contact for the landlord and external trades.
Submitting straightforward daily maintenance logs.(Note: The Saanich role includes an additional weekly garbage room cleaning task).
Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License.
Able to work outdoors in all weather & lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic/functional English (written & spoken). Newcomers to Canada and English learners are warmly welcomed!
