Chinook Dental Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our Endodontic team, working closely with Dr. Kia, and alternating weeks in Oral Surgery with Dr. Kua. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality patient care through chairside assistance, patient support, and clinical coordination in a fast-paced specialist environment.

This schedule alternates weeks:
Week One: (Endodontics)
Mondays 8:30am–7:30pm at Sierra Dental Airdrie
Tuesdays 7:30am–7:00pm at Chinook Dental Group
Wednesdays 7:30am–7:00pm at Chinook Dental Group
Thursdays 7:30am–7:30pm at Sierra Dental Centre
Fridays 7:30am–4:00pm at Chinook Dental Group

Week Two: (Oral Surgery)
Tuesdays 7:30am-3:30pm Chinook Dental Group
Wednesdays 7:30am-3:30pm Chinook Dental Group

Responsibilities include:

- Chairside assisting for endodontic and oral surgery procedures
- Ordering and managing endodontic supplies and materials
- Restocking operatories and maintaining clinical readiness
- Supporting sterilization and infection control protocols
- Performing instrument processing and sterilization workflows




- Conducting chart reviews and ensuring charts are complete and prepared for treatment
- Supporting daily clinical flow and coordination within the endodontic team
- Assisting with patient care, comfort, and procedural support

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental assistant
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Experience working with dental specialists
- Solid attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Cleardent is an asset
- Endodontic assisting experience is preferred, but not required
