What You'll Do

- Discover aspiring and established digital content creators.
- Find creators through social media and online communities.
- Build your own network of creators.




- Introduce interested creators to Dynasty Creator Network.
- Submit qualified creators through your personal Scout Portal.

Digital Content Creator Scouts are not sales representatives.

This role focuses on creator discovery, networking, making introductions, and connecting qualified creators with Dynasty Creator Network.

Once a creator is submitted and approved, the Dynasty team handles onboarding, platform management, monetization services, sales optimization, and ongoing creator platform support.

No previous recruiting, sales, marketing, or entertainment industry experience is required.

Dynasty provides full training, onboarding, and resources to help you learn the Scout process.

Experience in entertainment, social media, influencer marketing, recruiting, networking, or talent discovery is preferred but not required.

Compensation

This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity.

Digital Content Creator Scouts earn performance-based commissions for qualified creators who join Dynasty Creator Network and become active on supported platforms.

There is no cap on commission potential. Earnings are performance-based, are not guaranteed, and vary depending on individual performance and successful creator referrals.
