We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and support all HR functions within a rapid-paced automotive manufacturing environment in Kitchener - Waterloo region.

Pay - $100-$120K

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all day-to-day human resources activities for the manufacturing facility.

- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for hourly and salaried employees.

- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.

- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and health & safety regulations.

- Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs.

- Partner with department managers to address workforce planning and staffing requirements.

- Coordinate training programs and maintain employee training records.

- Manage compensation, benefits administration, and payroll-related HR activities.

- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and employee engagement initiatives.





- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and recommendations for senior management.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workforce productivity and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent HR designation is considered an asset.

- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within automotive or manufacturing environments.

- Strong knowledge of employment standards, labor relations, and workplace legislation.

- Experience supporting unionized and/or non-unionized workforces.

- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
