Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to support the successful execution of oil and gas EPCM projects.
- Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and schedule forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Participate in the development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and prepare resource-loaded schedules aligned with project execution strategies.
- Collect, consolidate, and integrate scheduling information from engineering disciplines, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders to produce and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Monitor schedule performance, identify schedule variances and critical path impacts, and communicate findings and recommendations to Project Management and senior project controls personnel.
- Perform critical path and float path analysis to identify schedule risks and opportunities.
- Support project change management by evaluating schedule impacts associated with scope changes and approved modifications.
- Prepare schedule updates, progress reports, earned value analyses, and other project performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain progress measurement systems, including progress curves, S-curves, and schedule performance reports.
- Establish and maintain schedule baselines while supporting project performance measurement against approved plans.
- Prepare graphical schedule presentations, including Gantt charts, activity network diagrams, time-scaled logic diagrams, histograms, and other reporting tools.
- Analyze project performance and provide recommendations to improve schedule accuracy, forecasting,



and execution.
- Coordinate the collection, verification, and distribution of schedule-related information across project teams.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, clients, and project controls personnel to proactively resolve scheduling issues and support project objectives.
- Ensure scheduling deliverables are completed accurately and within required deadlines.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of project scheduling experience within an EPCM or engineering project environment, preferably supporting oil and gas projects.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
- Post-secondary education in Project Controls, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline. Education related to the oil and gas industry is considered an asset.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for schedule development and maintenance.
- Solid understanding of project planning principles, scheduling methodologies, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), critical path analysis, and earned value management.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify schedule discrepancies and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Construction experience is considered an asset but is not required.
- Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be considered an asset.
