Part-Time Dental Receptionist

Smiles Clinic is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming, supportive, and professional workplace.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment book
- Process patient records, insurance claims, and billing
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is preferred
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required
- Familiarity with dental terminology and dental practice management software is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail




- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
