Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Caissier to join our retail team in. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing transactions efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. Bilingual abilities and experience with technology sales or product demos are considered valuable assets. The Caissier plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the overall sales process.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital transactions
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
- Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
- Manage customer inquiries via phone etiquette and in person
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Ensure the checkout area remains clean,



organized, and welcoming
- Support sales goals through effective communication and organizational skills

Requirements

- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is preferred to serve diverse customers effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced environment
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and upselling techniques is a plus
- Prior experience with product demos or technology sales is beneficial but not required
