Rate of Pay: 52.00$

Responsibilities include:

- Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care.
- Monitor, assess, address, document, and report symptoms and changes in patient's conditions.
- Provide nursing care.

Requirements include:

- Geriatrics and Palliative care.
- Completion of University.
- Registration in good standing with the CNO
- Registered Staff must have 1-year paid (RN) LTC experience in Canada.

· CPR

· N95 Mask Fit

· TB 2 Step

· Flu Shot

· WHMIS





· 4 Step Health and Safety

· 5 Step Health and Safety

· AODA

· CPIC

· Covid-19 Vaccine Documentation (2+ doses)
