The Role

We're not looking for a social media strategist or growth expert.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves creating content and engaging with community - someone who's always saying "wait... film this."

You'll be the person capturing the day-to-day moments around our office, turning them into engaging content, posting across our social channels, replying to our community, and making sure our brand always feels active and alive!

What You'll Be Doing

- Film behind-the-scenes moments around the office
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok & Instagram Reels
- Schedule and publish content across our social channels
- Respond to comments and DMs
- Capture launches, events, office culture and team moments
- Repurpose existing content into multiple pieces
- Stay on top of trends, sounds & viral formats
- Make sure nothing falls through the cracks

You'd Be A Great Fit If You:

- Love social media & genuinely enjoy creating content




- Know your way around TikTok & Instagram Reels
- Can edit quickly in CapCut
- Are comfortable being on camera yourself
- Have a great eye for what makes content feel fun, authentic and shareable
- Are organized and detailed oriented
- Like working in a fast-paced environment where every day looks a little different!

This Role Isn't...

- Running paid ads.
- Managing influencers.
- Building complex marketing strategies.
- Living in spreadsheets all day.

Bonus Points If...

- You've built your own TikTok or Instagram account
- You enjoy photography or videography
- You've worked with Canva
