Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, or Office spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene.
- Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and hallways by removing trash and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ cleaning requests promptly and professionally.
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during daily tasks.




- Follow established health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks for maximum productivity.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Robust organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and basic maintenance practices.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail to ensure every space is spotless and welcoming.
