About Us

Boss Home Building Supplies is a growing building materials supplier specializing in flooring, kitchen cabinets, bathroom products, furniture, and home improvement materials.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and physically capable Warehouse & Store Associate to join our team. This position involves warehouse operations, order preparation, customer service, and general store support.

Responsibilities

- Load and unload building materials, flooring, cabinets, bathroom products, furniture, and other merchandise
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely
- Assist with unloading containers and shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Assist customers with product pickup and loading
- Prepare invoices and customer orders
- Provide basic customer service and answer customer inquiries
- Support front counter and showroom operations when needed
- Perform general warehouse and store duties as assigned

Requirements

- Able to lift and move heavy materials regularly
- Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse work
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Basic computer skills
- Able to communicate with customers in English




- Customer service experience is an asset
- Forklift experience is an asset (training will be provided)
- Experience in warehouse, retail, or building materials is an asset
- Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset

Compensation & Schedule

- Starting Pay: $18.00/hour during probation
- Pay increases to $20.00/hour upon successful completion of probation
- Annual wage increases of approximately 6%–10% based on performance and company growth
- Full-time permanent position
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
- Overtime paid in accordance with Alberta Employment Standards
