Duties
- Full oversight of daily center operations, program quality and enrolments
- Building, coaching and leading high performing teams
- Collaboratively with your teams creating engaging, developmentally appropriate programs that foster the Early Learning Framework and learn through play experiences
- Ensuring licensing compliance,
health and safety, and operational excellence
- Maintaining and managing staff scheduling
- Adminstrative functions
- Strengthening relationships with staff, families, children and the community
- Human resource management
- Providing breaks coverage in your programs
- Working in ratio when required
Qualifications
- Valid ECE or ECEIT certification
- 1-2 years leadership experience
- A strong understanding of licensing standards
- Proven ability to lead teams, resolve problems and make sound decisions
- Highly organized, adaptable, flexible
- Confident managing competing priorities
- Skilled multitasker
- A natural communicator who builds trust with staff, families and children
Pay: $50,960.00-$55,120.00 per year
