At Chile N Mango Cocina & Cantina, we're all about authentic Mexican comfort food, handcrafted margaritas, tequila, music, and creating an experience our guests remember long after they've left. We're looking for friendly, energetic servers who love people, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and know how to make every table feel like they're part of the family.

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcome every guest with a smile and provide genuine, attentive service from start to finish.
- Learn our menu and confidently recommend tacos, cocktails, tequila, desserts, and daily features.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using our POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience.
- Keep your section clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to keep service running smoothly.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Help create the fun Cantina atmosphere we're known for—whether it's Taco Tuesday, tequila tastings, live music, or special events.

What We're Looking For

- Previous serving experience is preferred.
- Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain it before starting).
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Strong English communication skills (Spanish is a huge asset!).
- A positive attitude, outgoing personality,



and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy services.
- A team player who enjoys working hard, helping others, and having fun while doing it.
- Evening and weekend availability.
