Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mechanical Project Manager to lead and oversee complex mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. Duties

- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of mechanical construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate seamless project workflows
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and milestones
- Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify accuracy and compliance with project specifications
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to optimize project costs and timelines
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained
- Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction estimating software for project documentation and reporting
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and coordination sessions to resolve issues proactively
- Ensure timely submission of reports including project status updates, incident reports, and schedule revisions




- Support project teams in effective time management and resource allocation to meet project deadlines

Skills

- Extensive experience with construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and contract management practices
- Proven ability in project scheduling, planning, and coordination within large-scale mechanical or civil projects
- Deep understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings for mechanical systems
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership in managing construction sites with a focus on safety and quality assurance
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with construction site experience including safety protocols, site logistics planning, and problem-solving under pressure
- Knowledge of contracts management including negotiation skills and change order processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Pay: $72,533.04-$132,482.11 per year
