We’re looking for experienced roofers who can confidently install roofing systems from start to finish. If you don’t have experience with shingling, torch-on roofing, and metal flashings/finishing, this position is not for you.

All Coast Roofing Ltd. is a busy, well-established roofing company with steady year-round work. We’re expanding our team and are looking for reliable, skilled roofers who take pride in quality workmanship.

Positions Available

Full-Time | Part-Time | PermanentStart

Date: Immediate

Pay: Experienced Roof Installers: $35.00–$45.00/hour (based on proven ability)

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of roofing experience
- Proven ability to install:
- Asphalt shingles
- Torch-on roofing systems
- Metal flashings, edge metal, and roofing finishes
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision




- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
- Must be able to speak and understand English

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- 35–50 hours per week
- Flexible schedule (part-time to full-time)
- Overtime available

Location
