Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with AS9100 and ISO standards.
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, providing guidance and direction in quality-related matters.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO standards.
- Establish and maintain quality metrics to monitor and improve processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the supply chain.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer audits and inquiries regarding quality processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to wire harness manufacturing.
- Utilize engineering expertise to assess and improve product designs for manufacturability and quality.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead the QA team and communicate quality objectives throughout the organization.
- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Oversee the quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the organization
- Conduct regular quality inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to specifications
- Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives




- Provide guidance and support to teams on quality-related matters
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
- Train employees on quality standards, processes, and procedures
- Occasional travel to El Paso, Texas for quality management procedures.

Skills:

- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor quality assurance activities
- In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, practices, and methodologies
- Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems
- Proficient in conducting quality inspections and using relevant tools and equipment
- Ability to analyze data and interpret results to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a solid focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to fabricate solutions to complex quality issues
- Knowledge of quality control techniques and methodologies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

- Wire Harness: 1 year (preferred)
- ISO 9001: 2 years (required)
- Aerospace: 2 years (required)
- AS9100: 2 years (preferred)

- Spanish (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)
