COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

Melfer Construction is seeking two interlocking paving stone installers (NOC 73200 - Residential and commercial installers and servicers) to work full time, permanent, 30 hours per week at various construction job sites within 1-1.75 hour driving distance from their Head Office located at 7 Paisley Lane, Uxbridge, ON L4A 7X4.

Job to start as soon as possible. Working hours including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and some weekends. Overtime is sometimes required. You must hold a valid driver's license and be able to drive yourself to and from work sites. You will need to provide your own steel-toed work boots. Responsibilities:

· Read blueprints and/or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures of stones or retaining walls

· Measure and mark lines to be used for installations

· Install, repair and service stone garden walls,



interlocking brick, retaining walls using hand and power tools

· operate machinery, grade, install and cut interlocking pavers

· work with flagstone

· Set up machines and equipment

Equipment machinery experience:

Installation equipment

· Structural construction

· Ornamental work

· Fencing, balconies, stairs and railings

Security and Safety:

Criminal record check

Transportation/Travel Information:

Own transportation, Valid driver's licence, willing to travel regularly
