We’re looking for a motivated and personable receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

- Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage the booking system, including scheduling appointments and handling walk-ins.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily reconciliations accurately.
- Assist with retail product sales and restocking.
- Collaborate with barbers to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:





- Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role (barbershop or salon experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of haircare products and services is an asset but not required.
- Proficient with booking systems or willingness to learn.
- Strong sales skills will the ability to grow
