We are a premier window and door replacement company expanding our footprint in the Halton Region. We are looking for an Experienced Window & Door Sales Representative who excels at the full sales cycle—from knocking on doors to closing the deal at the kitchen table.

The Role

This is a dynamic, dual-responsibility role combining strategic lead generation with expert in-home presentations. You will be responsible for:

- Canvassing & Lead Generation: Actively prospecting residential neighborhoods in Halton to identify homeowners looking to upgrade their windows and doors.
- In-Home Consultations: Conducting skilled, high-impact sales presentations, measuring openings, assessing client needs, and closing the deal.
- Territory Management: Owning the Halton market (Oakville, Burlington,



Milton) and building a strong local referral pipeline.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of successful sales experience in the window and door industry (or high-ticket home improvement sales).
- Proven Closer: A track record of success with in-home sales presentations and direct canvassing/door-knocking.
- Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Halton Region and its residential layouts.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to appointments across the region.
- Traits: High energy, exceptional communication skills, self-discipline, and a strong resilience to rejection.
