Kara Mia Restaurants Ottawa Inc. an Ottawa based eatery looking for an Experienced Line Cook to join our team, this position is full time and permanent at 1910 St Laurent Blvd, Ottawa.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare awesome meals for our customers
- Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operation, safe and clean work environment;
- Ensure timely requisition of kitchen supplies and fresh products for specialty menu items;
- Work well under pressure and within the time limit.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Line Cook is preferred, especially in Italian restaurants.
- Post-secondary education (training/ certification/ diploma) in culinary studies, catering or hospitality is an asset.
